A deep passion for working with wood and creating unique designs led to Rustic Timber being established in 2012. Having worked in the kitchen industry over 15 years, we decided it was time to have the satisfaction of creating and building cabinetry on our own. Combining the old with the new, Rustic Timber uses hardwoods and reclaimed barn wood to create beautiful custom pieces of cabinetry and furniture.
The Rustic Way
At Rustic Timber we offer a wide array of services from design to installation and with every project you will receive a custom designed layout and detailed drawing. Custom cabinetry and rustic furniture are our most requested projects.
When working with Rustic Timber you’ll notice a clear difference as we place a high value on quality craftsmanship, timely delivery, and overall customer service. In addition to our deeply rooted values we take pride in only using the highest of quality materials. Many of the rustic projects are built using reclaimed barn wood, including both rough sawn and hand-hewed beams and floor joists. Uses of mortise and tenon joints as well as vintage barn peg construction techniques are used whenever possible to give your project that perfect look of history.

Meet & Measure
The initial meeting will consist of Rustic Timber gathering ideas for your project and taking accurate measurements for the design process.

Detailed Drawings
From the ideas and measurements, a detailed drawing is then created. This drawing includes floor plan, elevations, and perspectives to help visualize the finished project. Clients then select door styles, wood type, and finish. Any necessary revisions are also made at this point.

Delivery & Installation
Upon agreement on the presentation and project details, Rustic Timber constructs the piece(s) and deliveres the finished product to the client. Installation is also available upon request.
